About Holetox

Holetox is an injectable treatment that uses Botox to relax the anal sphincter muscles, making it easier and more comfortable to engage in anal sex. This treatment primarily targets the inner sphincter muscles that are responsible for the involuntary clenching of the anus, but your specialist may also inject the solution into the outer anal sphincter muscles, which are the muscles you can voluntarily control.

About Botox

Botox (BOTOX®) is an injectable treatment that primarily softens and reduces visible signs of aging around the face. This treatment derives from the botulinum A toxin and is a type of neuromodulator. (1) This means it inhibits the transmission of certain neurotransmitters, specifically those responsible for repeated muscle contractions.

Benefits

There are several benefits to receiving Holetox, especially from one of our certified injector specialists. These benefits include:

  • Elevated Comfort: The primary benefit of this treatment is its ability to improve your comfort when engaging in anal sex.
  • Reduced Clenching: The Botox formula can reduce excess or uncontrollable anal clenching or spasms.
  • Minimal Downtime: You can return to most of your daily activities within 24 to 48 hours, which is much quicker than many other treatments.
  • Tailored Solutions: Our team of specialists designs each treatment plan around each individual’s needs and anatomy.
  • Safer Than Alternatives: Receiving Holetox will mean you no longer have to use inhalants (poppers) to relax your muscles, which avoids the risk of cardiovascular issues, brain damage, or vision problems. (2)

Candidates

You may be an ideal candidate for Holetox if you struggle with discomfort during anal intercourse, no matter how much lubrication you use, or if you want to reduce involuntary anal clenching.

To qualify for your treatment, you should be in good general health without any sensitivities or allergies to the Botox formula. It is also important that you possess realistic expectations regarding your results. Your specialist will determine your candidacy during your personal consultation.

Personal Consultation

Before receiving your injections, you will need to attend a personal consultation. During this consultation, Sadyk Fayz, PA-C, or another Beso specialist will meet with you to discuss each aspect of your treatment. They will converse with you openly about what Holetox entails, your medical history, your personal concerns, and your ideal results. They may also perform a physical examination to assess your natural anatomy.

Your specialist will use this information to determine each detail of your treatment plan. They will decide what muscles to target and how much Botox to inject. They will also dedicate time to answering and addressing any questions you may have so you fully understand your treatment.

Preparation

Once you have scheduled your injections, you will need to take a few key steps to prepare. Your specialist will give you a full set of instructions to help, which may direct you to:

  • Avoid Certain Medications: Discontinue taking any blood-thinning medications or supplements leading up to your appointment.
  • Augment Your Routine: Avoid using any harsh or irritating body and skin products, as well as douching.
  • Refrain from Nicotine: Cease any nicotine use before and after your treatment.
  • Arrive Prepared: Arrive with clean skin that is free from any lotions, body oils, creams, or other skin care products.

Procedure

When you arrive for your appointment, a member of our team will lead you to a private treatment room where you will meet with your injection specialist. Here, they will reconfirm your treatment plan with you before cleansing your skin. They may also apply a topical anesthetic to the area to elevate your experience.

Your specialist will then carefully measure your exact Botox dose before administering the formula to various parts of your anus. They will target your inner anal sphincter muscles, but in certain cases, they may also inject the formula into the outer anal sphincter muscles. Once they administer each of your injections, you will be free to leave.

Recovery

While Holetox does not require much downtime, you will still need to follow certain restrictions to optimize your results. You should avoid bending or sitting down for the first several hours after receiving your injections, as well as touching or massaging the injection sites and surrounding areas. You will also need to refrain from douching or any sexual activities.

After approximately one to two days of resting, you can return to most of your daily activities. However, you will need to avoid engaging in any strenuous or physically-demanding activities for one week, or until you receive clearance.

During your consultation, your specialist will give you a full set of aftercare instructions so you understand how to care for yourself. By following each one, you can ensure a smooth recovery and ideal results.

Results

You will begin to notice initial improvements approximately three to five days after your injections, but it may take up to two weeks before your full results develop. When they do, you can expect more pleasurable experiences during anal intercourse, a reduction in anal clenching, and improvements in your personal comfort. You may also notice improvements in your self-confidence, especially during more intimate situations.

The results of Holetox can last between three and six months, depending on how fast your body metabolizes the formula. After this period, you may return for maintenance treatments to preserve the effects of your treatment. However, your muscles may get weaker with time.

Alternatives

Penile Enlargement

Penile enlargement is a treatment that uses hyaluronic acid (HA) fillers to provide subtle yet profound enhancements to the volume of your penis. This injection treatment can address several common concerns with ease, such as a lack of penile volume, poor definition, asymmetry, and congenital curving.

P-Shot

The P-Shot, or priapus shot, uses the regenerative properties of your own blood to enhance your sexual health and wellness. This injectable treatment uses platelet-rich plasma (PRP), which contains numerous growth factors and contributes to neoangiogenesis, cellular growth, and recruitment of immune cells. (3)

During this treatment, your specialist will take a small sample of blood before processing it to separate its cellular components. They will then inject the PRP along various points of your penis to allow you to harness its benefits.
