About Beso Academy
Beso Academy is a new training program through which RNs, NPs, PAs, and aspiring medical professionals can gain advanced skills for popular aesthetic treatments. Beso Academy offers small-group course instruction that works with real patients to provide a full understanding of the material. Sadyk Fayz, PA-C, runs each course—he is board-certified, fully accredited, and serves as a preceptor for multiple programs at Beso Academy. He has now dedicated his time to helping his peers expand their knowledge, technical skills, and treatment offerings.
Beso Academy accepts both local and out-of-state students to train and acquire accreditation for a wide variety of treatments.
Training Format
At Beso Academy, Sadyk Fayz, PA-C, structures courses to help you get the most out of your training. Throughout your instruction, you will gain a deeper understanding of facial anatomy, the different types of dermal fillers, how to safely perform different injection techniques, dermal filler safety guidelines, and more.
Hands-on Instruction
We offer hands-on instruction to instill confidence and understanding of the material you learn. By actively participating in demonstrations, you can learn the correct techniques for preparing the injection sites, administering the filler, and providing aftercare to patients. Hands-on training also allows you to gain more experience with the different types of fillers before performing injections at your own practice.
Small-Group Settings
Beso Academy limits the number of students in each course to ensure individualized instruction and personalized attention. Research shows that small-group learning optimizes learning in the healthcare setting, especially compared to lecture-based instruction. (1) By utilizing small-group settings, Sadyk Fayz, PA-C, helps you fully understand the materials and concepts, provides opportunities to ask questions, and provides immediate feedback. He also tailors instruction to the needs of the class, allowing every trainee to flourish.
Real Patients
Throughout training, you will be working with real patients. This allows you to improve your patient assessment and communication skills, and provides the opportunity to work with real skin, muscle, and tissue. Training with real patients also re-establishes your professional credibility and bedside manner.
We also offer several other programs, including Botox training and guidance for how to start your own medical startup. With these programs, you can quickly establish yourself within the world of aesthetic medicine.
Accreditation
One of the most important aspects of your dermal fillers training is the accreditation of your program. Enrolling in an accredited program means that the instruction you receive follows the medical education standards set by the state and other medical governing bodies. Sadyk Fayz, PA-C, a board-certified aesthetic physician associate, will lead your instruction. He offers several decades of experience performing injections and has helped countless nurses, injectors, and other practitioners undergo their dermal fillers training in NYC.
