We request 48 hours notice to cancel appointments. Late cancellations are charged a $250 cancellation fee.
A no-show for an appointment will result in a charge of the full price of the listed service(s) scheduled. For services with variable pricing you will be $500 per half hour scheduled (2 hour service with variable pricing-$2,000 no-show feel.
If you are later than 10 mins for your appointment you will
be rescheduled and charged a late cancellation fee of $250. There will be no exceptions. If you can’t make your appointment, please reach out to us
